One of the great things that I’ve grown to love about the T25 Meal Plan is that I can make a healthy and great tasting meals that only takes about 5 minutes to prepare. An interesting feature that makes this meal plan unique over the other Beachbody meal plans is that there is a “Prep Section”. This contains several bulk recipes that you can hake ahead of time so that you’ll spend even less time in the kitchen throughout the week. One of my favorite recipes out of this section is the Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Here are the ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. extra -virgin olive oil
- For some extra “Kick”:
- Canadian Steak Seasoning
- Combine vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in a medium bowl, whisk to blend
- Sir in mustard, mis well
- Slowly add oil while whisking
- Store leftover dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator. If dressing thickens when cold, hold at room temperature for 30 minutes and stir before serving.

- Cholesterol: 0 mg
- Sodium 34 mg
- Carbohydrate: 3g
- Fiber: 0g
- Sugar: 1g
- Protein: 1g
I used this as a marinade on my Chili Spice Steak Salad which is featured on page 50 of the T25 meal plan. This also went well as a marinade for my grilled chicken.
This recipe definitely gets a “Thumbs Up” from me in terms of ease of preparation, nutrition, and taste. I would definitely give recommend that you give this one a try.
