What is a Beachbody Challenge Group?

A Beachbody Challenge Group is a group of people who have committed to getting healthy by participating in a Beachbody workout program. Through fitness, nutrition, and peer support and accountability, a Beachbody Challenge Group plays a key role in achieving your goals. Groups typically include 4-6 challengers to keep participation and accountability at a maximum. 

Where are Coach Eric’s Beachbody Challenge Groups held?

Coach Eric hosts Beachbody Challenge Groups 1-2 times a month. They are held over the internet with all participants being placed together in an online group where you will communicate & check-in daily and Eric will post daily assignments to help you achieve the goal of your chosen fitness program. 

How will my I benefit from being in one of Coach Eric’s Challenge Groups? 

You will benefit from being part of a small, exclusive group of people, all working together to help each other achieve their health and fitness goals. You’ll receive motivation and friendship in the group, creating long-lasting relationships, trust, and comfort in sharing both struggles and successes. What’s more, you’ll also be joining The Beachbody Challenge contest—where you’ll be eligible to win cash and prizes along their journey.

Challenge groups are one of the best things Beachbody has done for its customers. I personally lost 22lbs in Eric’s challenge group and currently have three P90X challengers. The groups are extremely positive, motivating, and fun. In my opinion they are the best way to hold yourself accountable to your workouts. ~Nick Vitale

 

I (like a lot of people) saw the P90X informercial on TV about 3 years ago and I thought, “wow, I want results like that”. So I ordered it, the thing I didn’t realize is, you actually have to do the program and do it everyday and eat clean to see results! You can’t just do sporadic workouts here and there and eat whatever and get those results!! The program DOES work! Do the workouts everyday, follow the nutrition guide and you WILL see results! Here’s where my Beachbody Coach, Eric, comes in. He’s there with a group of people also doing the program to “push play, eat clean, and remember why you started the program”…to get RESULTS! Thanks to Eric and his group of amazing people I have been through P90X, Turbofire, Les Mills Pump, and Chalean Extreme. Not to sound cliche, but Beachbody and their Challenge Groups have truly transformed, not only my body, but also a big part of who I am in general. With the changes in my body I gained a confindence in myself and my abilities that I never had before. I stopped walking with my head down – I now walk with my head up, shoulder back, and I am not afraid to meet another person’s eyes. I also have gained a compassion for others and a need to help. I have gone back to school and I am half way there in obtain my bachelors in Nutrition Science. I know how hard it is when you do not have the knowledge that is necessary to help in obtaining goals and I want to be in a position where I can provide that help. My original intent was to transform my looks – now it’s about being healthy and feeling good inside and out as I age, having a positive state of mind, and being there to help anyone I can. smile    ~ Tiffany Meinhardt

 

I love the fitness challenges. Motivated Fitness is just that (even when you’re not so motivated). I’m a bit of a stutterer when it comes to fitness but just knowing that everyone in the group is there to encourage you and offer advice on your journey, be it 30 days, 90 days or when you just can’t seem to get it together (me! me! me!) Watching everyone’s progress and seeing all the postings on isweat Tuesdays gives me the confidence that I will conquer my ‘isms” and become the fit and active person I know I can be.  Eric H. and his wife Corinne are Super Great!!! Just knowing when you fall off the wagon and you are watching everyone jog off into the sunset, that there will be another wagon with a seat for you coming soon helps motivate me just a little bit more.
