Chai Protein Shake

 

Elizabeth’s Chai Protein Shake

Extremely simple…  fantastically delicious!

 

  • ‎5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup chai tea
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (or, Vegan Chocolate Shakeology)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of pumpkin pie spices

 

blend. yum. drool.

 

Some other spices to experiment with this elixir would be Cardamom and nutmeg.
