This is my good friend, Lia’s FAVORITE Breakfast!!
This is a great way to start the day with Protein, Carbs, and Antioxidants.
- Bagel Thin with 1tbs cream cheese,
- 2 eggs (or you can substitute Egg whites)
- Handful of Blackberries and Blueberries.
This holds her off for at least 2-3 hours!!
