As a Beachbody Coach, I get to meet the most amazing people. Amanda and I met on Instagram. I immediately could tell that she was a Rock Star. After a few chat sessions, she agreed to join one of my T25 Fitness Accountability Groups.
Amanda was a constant source of inspiration and encouragement. THIS is the reason why so many people that use Beachbody programs succeed. It’s about surrounding yourself with positive and supporting people who not only lift you up, but keep you accountable.
Here’s Amanda’s story:
Describe about your life before you started your fitness journey. How did you feel about yourself and your body? Before I was very negative about everything and hated myself and how I looked. I was never happy and always made excuses. Now I’ve changed and learned I need to love myself and am positive and love working out.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey? I realized I was really unhealthy. I stepped in the scale one day and was in shock with what it said. From that day on I changed my eating habits and started working out. I’ve had some bumps in the road that has stopped me from working out some days but what shows that I can do it and am strong is that I’m able to get right back at it without excuses. I love how much I’ve changed so far already.
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody® help you overcome that challenge? Finding the time to workout was a big challenge. With my crazy work schedule working out was the last thing on my mind. It made things so much easier doing T25 knowing I’ll be done in 25 minutes, it was much easier to fit into my schedule.
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program? I am much more positive now and love the results I’ve been seeing. I eat healthier and workout almost every day.
How did participating in a Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable? The challenge group helped a lot! Knowing there were other people going through the same thing was awesome. The challenge group gave a lot of motivation and accountability so there was no room for excuses!
