Rockin Body Hip Hop Abs Hybrid Workout Calendar

Many of you have asked about a Rockin’ Body Hip Hop Abs Hybrid workout Schedule.  There is not an official one on the Beachbody website and I could not find one online, so here is what I came up with. Tell me what you think

 

Week 1 

  • Mon: RB Mark, Move, & Groove 
  • Tues: HHA Fat Burning Cardio 
  • Wed: RB MMG & Party Express 
  • Thur: HHA Fat Burning Cardio 
  • Fri: RB Disco Groove & Hard Core Abs 
  • Sat: HHA Ab Sculpt 
  • Sun: REST 

 

Week 2 

  • Mon: HHA Fat Burning Cardio 
  • Tues: RB Party Express & Booty Time 
  • Wed: HHA Fat Burning Cardio 
  • Thur: RB Shaun T’s Dance Party & Hard Core Abs 
  • Fri: HHA Ab Sculpt 
  • Sat: RB Party Express & Disco Groove 
  • Sun: REST 

 

Week 3 

  • Mon: RB Party Express & Hard Core Abs 
  • Tues: HHA FBC 
  • Wed: RB Rock it Out 
  • Thur: HHA FBC & Ab Sculpt
