T25 Ab Intervals
Ok, I’m not going to lie to ya, I definitely have a LOVE HAVE relationship when it comes to my Abs. How does Tony Horton from P90X say it? “I hate it (abs) but I love it..” I could not agree more. I love the look, but can’t stand working on them.
Well, I am happy to say that I actually enjoyed the T25 wokout. It did not include 50 billion situps, and yet, I really felt that I got a great workout.
T25 Ab Intervals focus does not just your 6 pack abs area, but their entire core to include your Obliques (sides), Lower Back, and Glutes. He even puts in some cardio as well.
I like how he mixes it up as well. One minute you are engaged in an isometric hold doing a plank, and the next minute you are doing one leg kick extensions that work your core stabilizers and hip flexors.
While Not as strenuous as some of the other T25 workouts, it really helped to give me comprehensive ab workout
T25 Ab Intervals definitely gets a “Thumbs Up”
