How was your weekend? I hope it was filled with good times.
My weekend was great! On Saturday, we featured ShaunT’s T25 at our local Fit Club. It was so awesome to meet up with my Facebook friends, fellow coaches, and challengers.
We started off by sampling the “Energy & Endurance” Pre workout formula. Trust me, it was needed for what we were about to put these guys through, lol.
After a brief introduction by our Team, we popped in the DVD and Boom! We did the promotional workout called “Core Speed”. This is an exclusive DVD that you’ll get for free when you purchase through your coach.
T25 definitely gets your blood flowing with great music and challenging moves.
One of the signature moves of this workout is called the “1 handed Burpee.” A lot of my challengers nailed this move which served to be a very empowering experience for them.
Is T25 for me?
I’m starting to get this question a lot, especially from peeps that have finished Insanity. Here’s my take on it.
T25 is for busy people who want to work out less time but still get great results. In my group I have college students, stay at home moms, business executives, etc…
I’m not gonna lie, T25 is not as intense as Insanity, as it’s not meant to kill you, lol. It’s more geared towards people who enjoy a high-intensity, no-nonsense program that makes every minute count. This might be great for people who are building up to Insanity, or for those who are in between two extremely strenuous workout regimens.
